  • I’ve always been told breakfast was the most important meal of the day. But I always felt lethergy and gained weight when I ate breakfast. So I usually skip breakfast and eat around 11 am for my first meal of the day. I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting all this time and didn’t even realize it!

  • I feel so much better with fasting! I am Keto and I eat all of my calories for the day by 1 pm {usually}. Yes, I count macros as well. That is very important! My energy level is through the roof and I feel better in general.
